October Update

Well I'm finally posting another blog. Is not that I don't get on and look at everybody else's blogs but our lives haven't been to exciting to blog about. We have been really busy. Preston is taking like 18 credits and just picked up another class so he can graduate in the spring and I have been working overtime. Zach is just climbing and running all over the place. His new favorite thing to do is climb on our kitchen table (scary!). Last week I learned that he can now reach the coutertops. I was sitting on our couch and he was playing in the kitchen yes I know not a good idea, but it has never really been a problem. Anyway he came running into the livingroom yelling cookie, which is any food, and when I looked in his hand he had an open can of spagetti o's. When I said Oh no he repeated it then threw it on the carpet and started running. Thank goodness for Green Machines and Preston. Preston came home from school just in time to help clean it up. Well that was a long story sorry. We took Zach to his check up yesterday and he is in the 75% of height which is 33in and 60% for weight at 26lbs. He had six shots 3 in each leg and this morning he couldn't even walk. But he did a great job and wasn't even upset about the shots only at people touching him.
Well these pictures that are posted are ones that my sister Amy took. We went to Heritage Park in Parowan last year and took some really cute pictures so we thought we would do it again this year. It was much harder with Zach running this year. I told Amy as long as we got one picture I would call it a success because he is not the most photogenic baby. Well I think we accomplished it.

The only way I could get him to laugh was by

throwing leaves at him.

Amy and I trapped them in this giant tree.
This is the boys trying to pretend to fish in the pond. If anyone has seen this pond lately you will know why I sat there holding my breath. The water has a thin layer of something floating on the top and I could just picture Zach falling head first into it, but luckily we only got feet in it.
