We went on our annual trip to the zoo this month. We decided to go for a couple of days and go to Lagoon and to the dinosaur museum. My sister Amy and her son Scott went with us. My mom and dad decided to surprise us and came the last day to go to the zoo with us. It was really surprising because my dad had just had knee surgery 3 weeks earlier. We had so much fun and it was nice just to get away.
**I usually don't like boat hats but Zach picked this out because it had turtles on it and Amy bought it for him. He just loved wearing it.
Zach hated Lagoon and yes I'm one of those parents that make my child ride even when he is crying. He actually liked the log ride until we got wet then he screamed, "I WET"
My dad will kill me if he knew I posted this but I just thought it was a really good picture of him even though he is in a jazzy.
We have a picture taken in this same spot every year.
This is at the dinosaur museam at Thanksgiving Point. I thought it was boring but all the boys loved it.
Anyway sorry about the picture overload. It was a really fun trip and I'm glad we got to go before things got too crazy.

I hope dad never finds out about that picture of him on the jazzy. He didn't want me to take any and he would kill us if he knew. I love the picture of Zach screaming on the whale ride.
Thats fun that you go every year. I love that you make him ride even if he's crying that is so you. haha and the picture of your dad I love it! I haven't seen you in forever we need to get together.
You guys are so cute! Poor Zachy...that face he's making in the whale is the saddest ever!
